The Magic Faul

Helo, everyone. And Be welcome to the Blog again.

This time the Adventure runned on a two days session, Mar 18|19, 2010. We played from 20:00 Mar 18 until 10:15 Mar 19, and 16:45 Mar 19 until 19:00 Mar 19, and this time I explained to the players I'm not 18 anymore, so from this day after we'll play until everyone sleep, and I'll sleep too. My players usually go sleep in turns, and I master full time, so it makes me get dead tired.

Being so, Sessions will get a bit shorter from now on, but not less interesting.

Enjoy your reading.

And Magic has it's own way on doing things. Some marvellous. Other, terrifying. Sometimes the choice of one makes the destiny of the many, a choice few would like.

At Torian's Castle, Torian, Hadesh, Adria and Ayasta discuss what's happening.
The Ring of Death would not kill anyone who'd want to go there, so it's probably being used by someone, there at Báech Islands.

Following Torian's magic message, Tack comes to his castle.

Now talking, they know the Rings of Ambar are a key to understand it all, and Hadesh asks which is the total power of the Rings together.

They don't know.

- It's summarily important for us to have the Five Rings of Ambar - says Tack Primus.
- Where would you hide, Ring of Life? (asked Torian to his Ring).
- On the most improbable place, but I woundn't go hide if it would not be extremely necessary (said the Ring).

This suddenly made sense to Torian.

Years before, he was responsible for correcting the Magic Faul that was affecting his Ruledom, and would affect all Royal Tachiza. Now, he remember exactly what he needed to do, that was to go to the other continent, Shadeza, and get the Dumpper only they know how to use, to restart magic field at the centre of that Faul and save his Ruledom.

That's probably the centre of the Magic Faul that's affecting Tachiza for the last two millennia and the Ring is there.

- Let's go there (asked Ayasta).
- You think the Ring of Magic is there (asked Torian).
- That's the only hint we have, Torian (said firmly Tack).
- I agree (answered Hadesh).
- Remember Octania. We can't confront an angel. We don't have the power to do that (said Tack).
- Bog.
- What, Bog? (asked Hadesh).
- Angels are another race, bog, just like your's (said the forgotten God).
- What? They another race? Ah. This won't help, now. So, let's go there and see if the Ring's in there (defined Tack).

But there's something more important to professor Primus.

- Well, people. Do you remember that mage we bring back his remains to a noble Duke, from Ayaname? He wants to welcome us at his ruledom.
- That's not important, Tack (said Hadesh).
- I'm really sorry, but it is. He sent me a message, and said we could go there, and he'd welcome us forever, into his territory.
- Right so, then. (said Torian). We'll go and visit him. It's on the way after the Faul, anyway. The Faul's near the frontier with Ayanima. I'll give the order to prepare our travel, with no teleport this time. Each teleport is costing two thousand gold to me, and I apreciate any help with these costs, anyway.

Then, Hadesh went to the artificer butler, took his Dark Grimoire and asked about the items. The artificer looks to know the book, and is afraid of him. So, the Grimoire didn't know what the ring of black magic was able to do, but explained about the black magic Torture item. He took the Torture item for himself, even with advices from the artificer that it's dangerous.
Second, Tack went to see the artificer, and he said the items would be classified in two months, and also that Hadesh has taken a very dangerous item of Torture to himself imediately before Tack come there.

- Without our opinion, then? (said Tack) That's good to know.

They gathered and get prepared to go to the Magic Faul centre, but teleport was too expensive for that.

(The Magic Faul)

They spent eleven days travelling, in horses and charriots. The beautiful lands of Royal Tachiza are rich, for the reason of the silver mines, and spice production. During the travel they saw two monansteries. One is really famous, for there is said Saint Krunk had illuminated and became a saint, the Keleppa monastery now was back then a source of resistance to the daemonic invasion of Toj.
Saint Krunk, whose famous battle axe made of vala, the planar silver, was destroied one year before, when his group was trying to confront a Gog uberdaemon. The group was settled at the village at that time, and a horde of daemons came to attack. During this, he has put himself in front of a deadly daemonic magic spell which would have killed Ayanima, and so he became a saint, put his hand into the air and a portal came, at the moment the fiends looked terrified.
His battle axe became known as Bitkaletja, or flying axe, since then. He killed the rest of the invaders, at that enlightened night.

So, they got to a Village.

There was a boy at the entrance of the village, who was grey, although being an ejik human. He explains the village is where all those infected by unknown deseases which not even the greater mages and clergy can cure are send to.

- There's a lake after this forest you can see, and that's the only water we have. It's waters have healing powers (said the boy, amongst some other things).

They decided to go to the lake, first. So, to the Faul, that according to Torian was located at the forest. Being there, Torian used the Orb.
It shown a monk, twelve years before, praying.

- Forgotten Gods, here are Forgotten People. We can't cure them. Please do for these forgotten people what only forgotten gods can do (the monk prayed).

So, Torian tells everyone.

- Bog.
- What is it, Bog? (asked Hadesh).
- It's Vulcana. Bog. She made this miracle. So, she really exists, then. I can't feel her, but she exists indeed.
- Let's go to the Faul, then (said Torian). Remember what the boy said. The frogs are venomous.

They got inside the forest.

On the centre of the forest, they find some rocks, and an old dumpper. The night falls around them.

Using the Orb, Torian sees the time comging back to five thousand years ago. This area was a Magic Forge, an imense Forge. And so, he sees the Ring of Magic being created. He senses danger, and the Orb is trying to make magic. Tack negates it.
The dumpper gives one "bump", and stops.

- What is it, that the dumpper suddenly worked? (asked Tack) You're the only one who knows how it works, Torian.
- It only works if there's energy to make it work, and if there's a magic faul in here.

They started to study the area, while Torian explained what he saw using the Orb of the Beginning.

- It's in here. I'm sure of it (said Torian, sure of it).

Investigating the area, the rocks are under the effect of Anchor, the magic spell that interrupts teleportation.

Torian then gives energy to the dumpper to make it work.
It started to work, but faster that it was safer, but the magic dispel Tack did was negated. Something's used the Orb to make magic.

Tack negates it again.

The dumpper started to bump at maximum speed. Enormous clouds were forming up them, and Torian negated the element to make them go away.

- We're surrounded by frogs, and should someone see what they're singing? (asked Ayasta).
- I do (answered Hadesh).

The clouds were forming again up there over them.

- They're singing: Krig, Krig, Krig. And it sounds like a pray. (said Hadesh).
- We'll be attacked by the frogs? (said Ayasta) So, kill them.

Hadesh asked Torian to cast ward versus Cold on everyone, and he did it still concetrated on the rocks. So, the dark spell of Freezing Death was casted by Hadesh on the area.

The frogs died.

- Krig, you said? It's Saint Krunk's brother's name - said Ayasta.
- That's it (said Torian). The same way the queen Tachiza could not kill the first Mummi King, in fact Tweet locked Krig here, into this rock.
- That's insane (said Adria). And the trees are moving.
- I know what to do (said Torian).

He then concentrates all energy coming from the clouds, and fixed them into the dumpper. It started to spark energy around them, lightning energy.
Suddenly, the clouds became dark red. An earthquake started, while Hadesh came back from Attune state and said the trees are christal trees at Hell, onto this place.

- Destroy the trees (said Torian).
- I'm sensing danger in everything we do, here (said Tack).
- Kill the trees. They're the Anchor (insisted Torian).

Hadesh invoked Freezing Death again, and that was enough to freeze all trees in a radius of 50 measures. Trees started to crack.
Then, they all listened to an enormous "Rhhhhhhrrahaaaccckhh.........".
The rocks started to crack, and fall.

- It's dangerous, Torian (said firmly, Tack).
- We can't give up, now. We need the Ring of Magic. He's in here (claimed Torian).
- And probably Krig, too. The same Krig who the Saint Group couldn't defeat, six hundred years ago. And probably stronger (said Ayasta).
- I'm with you, Torian (said Hadesh). We need the Ring.
- I think it's too dangerous (said Adria), but if there's no other way let's break the rock.
- Hey! Hold on (asked Tack).

Torian tried to take off the energy from the dumpper. It needed to be a consensus, that's what every entity said all way here.

- I don't like this idea. I have a family to protect.

But it was too late.

Then, Hadesh started to pray. The pray started to crack the rocks, as they were of a substance unknown, but probably profane.
The clouds became all red, and it infected all that they saw until the horizon.

An enormous part of the rocks then fall to the ground.

- Now it's too late (said Torian).

The earthquake extended itself til the horizon, while the rock started really to crack. Tack casted Anchor onto the ground.
So, the rock crashed and they all could see a white Orkling, five measures high.

- HhwAhhuhahahahahahhaaa.... (the Ork cried).

Bbooommm! As pearly-looking attacks were taking place on the barrier outside that land, and it was clearly someone trying to get in.
The imense Ork looked down to Bogbog.

- Thank you (said the imense Ork), very much.
- Bog.

Hadesh wished with all his hearth to have the Egg of Ambar here to help, whatever he could do.

- What's your name? (asked Hadesh).
- Oh, yes. This can be a problem (said the Ork).

So, he killed his name from history, laughing once more.

- Who're you? (have asked Tack, sensing he absolutly killed his own name, and barely remembering he's Saint Krunk's brother, trying not to forget anything).

The Ork starred the Ring on his hand.

- I am the New God of Death (said the Ork). And you're not needed into this world anymore (looking to the Ring on his right hand).

Hadesh tried to negate that, but the God of Death just move his hand to avoid negation.

- Now, the first Kill (said him).

Everyone sensed something bad had happened now. Something in their hearts told them the world's doomed.

What will they do now to make the right thing?

He ignored the group, and started to sculpt a Fortress out of the ground.
Soon, he looked to himself. He started to laugh and to get transformed into a dead creature of what he was before. He's now the form of an imense orkling Skeleton.

The New God of Death so created a Throne for himself.

This time, everyone sensed the power that emanates from this new God of Death, not knowing his name.

- You released me (said him, looking to the group), so I'll let you go. You have one wish.

Said that, he sat onto the Throne, and stand there waiting for their decisions or worst killing more to make sure he'll be the New God of Death.

- We want all Rings of Ambar (asked Hadesh).
- Say it for yourself (cried Tack). I don't want anything.
- Me too (said Adria). I have no wish.
- We want to go away from this place, safely (said Torian).
- We want all five Rings of Ambar with us (claimed Hadesh with all his certainty).

The God moved, finally. He looked to the horizon, and waved his hand. Rings appeared in front of Tack and Hadesh.

- We want all five Rings (insisted Hadesh).

The God didn't looked like talking, so he opened a portal for them to go.

Tack took the Ring, and Hadesh did the same.

Knowing this was not a time to discuss, they all went through the portal, taking the horses and charriot with them (Adria levitated them).

(The Crash)

They passed the portal, and it closed back them just after their passage. Looking around, they see that everything is stoped, paralyzed.
Birds are paralized in the air. They don't listen to any noise in the distance, and the horses are paralized too.

Somehow, they were moving, while anything else was.

- Adria (called Tack).

She's paralized, too, as time seems not to exist.

(End of Chapter One)

About the Play:

The Chapter One: Stolen Dreams takes the first adventure to a moment of Halt, when dealing with secrets they could not predict that would afect the entire Triplet Worlds, and moved to this moment the group set free the New God of Death (Saint Krunk's brother).

Is the group being manipulated? Or they're the Ones who really changed everything?

We are already playing the Chapter Two. I'll have it posted as soon as I can, and Be Welcome reading. If you have any coment, I'll thank you.

I hope you're enjoying your stay, and...

Original Character Design

Unfortunately, I'm here to say something not good.

One of my players has created Characters, called NPCs, or Non Player Characters, that are not his original creation, and copyrighted.

I use many Player's ideas into the Story, and Players are allowed to create NPCs, too.

I didn't know about that, until this week.

I don't want to offend the original creator's rights with these Characters, and I am really sorry about that, so I need to ask you reader to be pacient with the changes I'll need to make to grant an original Story, with Original Characters Design.

The Characters will suffer a remake, their names will be changed, and their existance into the Plot will all be redone as soon as I can.

I always ask my Players for original Character design, but this time it has failed.

If you want to create an Adventure Blog too, it's something you'll need to think about, and make sure your Players create original Names, and Characters.

I'm really sorry.

Thanks for your Pacience.

----------------------------------------------------

New Characters Adaptation

It's all done by now, on May 30, but I'll need time to rewrite all that's coming, because those characters, although not much present into what's written until now, were really important to Chapter Two, that's being runned until it's most advanced timeline, now.
I've completely redesigned the NPC Characters in question.

Now, I ask you to read the ongoing Story.

Back to Oktania and After

Helo, and again Be welcome to my Adventure Blog.

This time the adventure happened on March 13, 2010, at our friend Lord's lair. I lost track of the time. The Story's arch is settled at a moment of talking. Some of the roleplay discussion are too long, so I decided to put in here a version of resume. This happens because of the many meetings the group is exposed to during the sessions of play, but the resume don't diminish the play.

A resume is much more interesting that reading about things not important mixed with others important, and I had to cut off unimportant facts to make the play more interesting, and focused.

Hope you're enjoying your reading.

(What leads to War)

The two groups teleported back from the Desert Temple.

Back to Rudyn's Mansion they gather with Ayasta. She questions what they want to do now that they have this Orb, and Torian try to use the Orb with a question, as it were a simple device to uncover a wonder. It may answer, or not. How to know without trying?

- What started the war amongst the Dragons? - was the question.

So, the orb started to show images backward, and a time passed til it show the Saint Group more than 600 years before, camping on the area where Rudyn's Mansion is constructed now, and Torian was attentive. Tweet tried to make a spell, and it was an area of Savage Magic, so a portal opened.

Trees were more involved in a silver appearance, at that time.

A man, from a race known to be servants to Angels, the airlings, comes from the portal and looked through the land around.

- Are you here to help? (asked firmly Ayanima).
- Wow. There are too much demons, in here. - he said - I need to go back and tell them.

So, the airling has gone back through the portal.

Torian said what he's seen, and everyone started to question what the Saint Group had made to create a war so long after their time. They talk about their stories to Ayasta, and about their first mission, in the lost city of Oktania. It's the city where the old Mummi King ruled, and the spirit of Tachiza had attacked it with some kind of Weird Magic.
Oktania is maybe the last place someone will take a look during all that's happening now.
Specially because no one know where it's located. This was clear by Ayasta's comments, that no noble at Realms of Ayanima knows where it's located.

They decide to go to Octania.

So, Torian send a magic message to Tack, to come.

The needs to investigate are various, and they had to give the city of the Old Mummi King, the first, a close look, but the actually important thing is to know why it's hidden from the rest of the world. Ayasta is convinced that they need to go there to uncover this matter.

Tack asked for the first student to organize the preparation for the end of the year exams, for he would in fact to have to be off for another week.

When Tack came to Rudyn's mansion, he imediatelly agreed with Ayasta.

(At Oktania)

They took components from Torian's apothekary, for a teleport home. Going to Oktania, as it's obviously a cursed place, all their senses tell them that. It's called Echo. Things may be sensed beforehand because of this thing that causes events to mirror forth and back in time, the same way a person of power can understand which powers were used at a location, for a limited time.
Torian used the memory of the place to teleport there, even if it's a very dangerous way to teleport. They could have gone other place, or worse, they could have gone a place in the Planes that was similar, and get lost.

Well, Torian and Hadesh confirmed it's Oktania.

They all start to fly, but Ayasta, and she went walking on the ground. Soon there were a lot of blurred moves on the ground, they see from above, and Hadesh decides to go save Ayasta, as she's teleporting to flee from the attacks.
She's being attacked by a growing number of catlike shadows, and Hadesh sees them with his monster senses, so he attacks with his acid breath, and use a licanthrope power to make them attack each other.

Torian levitates Ayasta.

The catlike shadows start to attack everything on the ground. They see the square which was probably the center of the old city, and decide to go there. Getting there, Torian looks through the Orb of the Beginning to ask a question.

- What I need to know about this place?

It shows an enormous number, maybe more than 2,000 parallel planes and constructs in there, at the present.

He speaks about it with the group.

- Some of the original Rings of Power is here? - suggested Hadesh, and Torian asked.

It shows the present, and the group.
Ayasta ask to her Ring, the Ring of Time, and it explains there is in fact a Ring of Power there, but not a Ring made by Ambar.

It's the Ring of Darkness, explains the Ring of Time to Ayasta.

Ayasta says it to the group.

They get disturbed now, because no one said anything about this Ring in the Triplet Worlds history. Ayasta's Ring says it's too dangerous to stay there.

So, they see a huge number of creatures coming to attack them.

More than eight hundred creatures.

They start to attack, but Torian used his recent Sand mastery to manipulate the land. It turned he transformed some of the creatures into undeads. Obviously an effect of necromancy, but now's not the time to worry about it. He'll probably face corruption of his abilities on the next to the combat.

Hadesh started to attack the creatures, with acid breath.

It looks like Hadesh attack with his licanthrope powers to make them attack each other awakened every creatures at a round of kilomeasures.
More are seen to come, saw Hadesh from the air.

Some creatures passed the barrier of spikes created with sand and land. Time after time, more creatures come. Some time later they started to see a huge bell jar made of energy, holding something.
Ayasta sees a sacerdot on the top of a stair, in front of them. All creatures looks to ignore him, and he's holding the bell jar with a hand.

She say it to the other, and they look too.

They can't see the sacerdot's face, and Ayasta sees a hole on the black clouds in which an "angel" is seen after the clouds.

Time after time, they stress a number of creatures hand to hand, and with powers.

Tack was being protected from all attacks, in the middle of a circle. He was imensely concentrated, doing a Ritual for them to get off of there. He sensed the very land is cursed, with a power of corruptive darkness that is in fact the unknown Ring of Power that's hidden there.

Would the Gods know? Would this be the reason for this damned land be hidden from everyone? Holding a secret no historian, no religion master knows? He was imensely angry with the Gods, now. He knows there is a terrible meaning for this all. A thing he tried to pass on to students all his life, was in fact that the study of religion is a serious matter of investigation, not adoration.
Now, his recent deeds are being confirmed, through experiencing that the superbeings called Gods can't solve things definitely. They put the dirt on a corner, but this should be cleaned. Not now. And maybe not by them, but it's a prove that Gods are not all potent. They fail, like this. Fail to end something that should have beging ended more than two millenia ago.

Hadesh is hurted, and Adria's hands are raw flesh.

Adria's using her bow as a hand weapon, for it's points are blades.

Oktania was watching. Everyone sensed. The dark power that was in there, holding a curse over the land, and the thick air. The creatures were only an effect of that presence. A presence of evil. A presence of corruption. That could transform life into the echo of a corrupted pulse. No fungus would ever live there, not while a power of so deep wrong hollow, so evil presence is present into every piece of this land.

Wave after wave, they're attacked by the corrupted inhabitants of that place, sepulcral and necrotic, shadows of what should never exist.

During all this, Tack's making the ritual to go home, while the others endure the attacks to protect him.

It worked, and the ritual's ready.

Torian remembers the huge cry they listened the other time, and deduce the bell jar's holding the imense abyssal who's the guardian of these Ruins.

Now, the sacerdot looks to the "angel", and makes a gesture showing they could deal with the teleport ritual, and another gesture to send the "angel" away. It was a bit rude. The "angel" closed the hole on the clouds, and was gone.

The group all got together, still protecting Tack and the Ritual.

The sacerdot bowed, and Tack activated the ritual of teleport back to Torian's territory.

They did it.

(Back at Torian's Castle)

Everyone looked at each other. They teleported using a magic name for a wanderer teleport, at Priatel territory, in a side road.
In silence, they walked to Torian's Castle.

- So, there's a Ring of Power more powerful than the Rings of Ambar. - concluded Ayasta, walking to a corner.
- Hadesh, help me with my hands - asked Adria - They're bleeding.

It was a two hours combat, and everyone's on their limit.

They all rested.

On the next day, Torian tried to go and talk to wanderers, but the negative energy that's near him make all people he went to see didn't like his presence. It's a consequence of having done black magic.

Adria explains to some wanderers that's because he challenged ancient elementals, because she's a wanderer too. Every wanderer noticed the negative energy around Torian, and Hadesh explained it was not a good time to deal with people.

He knows it, because people usually get goosebumps when he's around.

(Hadesh and Adria on the Mountains)

The following morning, Hadesh looked for Adria and invited her to go beyond the icy mountains, where the angry Ice elemental lives.

He needs to make some study of his powers and magic.

They go.

Two days later, they passed west of the mountains and came to a valley. They stoped at a higher posing, and camped. Now, Adria entered meditation, while Hadesh started to make his study of what he needed to do.

He looked inside his Bag of Things, and took the Dark Grimoire.

Posed the Grimoire in front of himself.

- Open. - he hissed, using snake language to do the order.

It started to change, from it's form of an innocent book to a Black Magic Grimoire.

- Who do you serve?
- You. - hissed the Book.
- What do you exist for? - continued Hadesh.
- I exist to serve my Archanist.
- Show me.

Suddenly, it opened in a page and that magic was activated by Hadesh without his intent to do it. He negated the effect, not to kill Adria. He changed the page. Looked to the book, and started again.

The local temperature went to -20ºC, in a matter of instants. A vicious and charged negative change.

- Why it activated without my consentment?
- Because you're a wizard, and not a mage, but I'm not sure of it.
- Can you teach me Magic?
- That's my reason of existence.
- Why am I your Master, now?
- Because you killed the last user. Now, you gained the right to be my Master.

Question after question, Hadesh was inquiring the Book. It showed some intentions in the direction of transforming Hadesh into a great black wizard.

- How you're created?
- From the flesh, bones and skin of a Basilisk.
- Can you tell me how to kill a Basilisk?
- Who would do that, if you can transform it into a new Dark Grimoire? It would be an enormous waste of a so cursed life.

The inquiry longed for hours, and it explained Hadesh he's just a beginner at Magic.

The Book stated there are 5.213.526 taboos at the 17 Magic Languages in existence, but most of them are not applied to the Triplet Worlds, the Trigemei, being most of it local taboos in every other worlds in the Near Universe.
Satisfied with this talk with the Dark Grimoire, Hadesh ordered it to get to his normal form.

- I am on my normal form. The other's a disguise.
- Right. Close. - hissed Hadesh.

It continued for a day, while Adria was in meditation state. Hadesh asked various important things to the Dark Grimoire. While using it, he understood that the aura of that place were becoming darker, supernatural, that allied to his own presence.

- I've finished for this time, Grimoire. Close.

The Book closed, and he looked Adria, who was awakening from her meditation.

- Let's go back, then? It's too dangerous in these mountains. And I'm still recovering from that day's combat. My hands hurt.

Hadesh starred Adria.

- We should go back, now, can we? (said Adria).
- Ok. Let's go back. (Hadesh agreed, and they prepared to go back).

(Torian's talk with his family Elder)

Torian went to talk with his elder family member, but only after talk to his guard. The soldiers explain there's being thievering on the neighbor territories. Wanderers say things are being stolen during travel.

Then, Torian explains to Antonidias the elder all what's happening.

He says basically everything.

- There's a message from one of our founders about the Ring of Darkness, Torian. - said Antonidias - It says we must not get involved into this, because it's too dangerous. I advise you to be very careful with your actions.

Antonidias talked about the Priatel's foundations, during the Great War, about 608 years ago. The Priatel were founded by a master artificer, who was Raja Tweet's master, after he marry one woman from the Lost People who wandered the planes for 1,000 years, the people of Tachiza, and the Old Empire who fought the Old Mummi King. Now, there's a new Mummi King, and the family needs to be united.

This master artificer's son was the one who helped the Coper Dragon, disguised as a wanderer after a combat, and that's the reason why Naraleiva the Coper Dragon is the family's Patron.

- This way, I advise you to be careful, but I'm on your side.

Antonidias paused.

- Well, there's a lot you don't know, young Torian. The Universe is all inhabited. Every inhabited world has it's own races, and when Pan ruled, He took many races from planet to planet to create Civilization.

He paused again, to let Torian think.

- You should not tell this to anyone, because it's a Secret. Gods will know if you say this to someone indiscriminately. Everyone's looking for a new Era of Civilization, but that's being disturbed by Trisebus. There's pressure from other worlds for us to take him dead. The case is that Civilization will never be the way it was before, and other races are ready to war against this anomaly that killed the Leader God just here.
- So, this means everyone knows, and I didn't knew about this all?
- No only you. Only the most important nobles know. This can't be said to population, specially now monotheists are running against other religions.
- How people travel from planet to planet?
- Now, using the Astral plane, but you need more than ten years to travel to other worlds. We know it was different, before.
- The entire Universe is inhabited?
- Yes. Well, almost the entire Universe, and specially the Near Universe were Old Civilization was located, but some places are not apropriated to life.
- I understand, now.
- Remember you can't go speaking about this to anyone.

They talked more, and the councellor Antonidias explained more about what happened on the Great War. The semi mythic relation of one ancestor to the Saint Group. He was an artificer, Tweet's master. He once sat his Tower of Magic at Sama. That's what permited the ancestrors to get contact with Naraleiva, so the family is really thankful to the Saint Group, or they were never to exist.

Torian let the room with another understanding on the worlds and the Universe.

(Back at Torian's Castle)

Hadesh and Adria were at the castle when Flausin came, asking them to go the constructions of the Tavern. They went there, and gathered with princess Lena and the djine Báech. They all talked. Hadesh said them about his new form, when transformed into licanthrope.

Then, Adria and Hadesh went back.

When they got to the Castle, Torian was at the veranda in front of the Voivoche Lake on the back of the Castle, and they talked about everything to try and see if they find a way to find the Rings.
The recent discovery that there's a more powerful Ring worries everyone.

So, Torian ask everyone to wait in there, because he needs to talk to a Tome of Magic what it thinks, and was gone to his apothekary.
Opened the Vault, and got the Tome.

Ayasta got to the veranda, and entered the discussion on how to get the Rings of Ambar, and confront the other Rings.

- I'll have to depend on you again. What do I need to do to assure my family's survival, mine, my group's and all into my circle? - asked Torian to the Tome.
- It's unespected, and the consequences are impredictable, but now you started to go and become a Master Elemental, and you're master in more than one element already, became a Master in all elements. Just take much care, much care, because all Master Elementals suffers some kind of mutation with their victory.

Torian went back to the veranda.

During their talk, Torian remembers that on that reunion he saw at the Light, the High Priest of Shadeza said the five Rings were lost, and if they gather the Rings they would be able to deal with the War, getting an enormous advantage in the War.

It changed his mind, and he decided that he would help Tack, Hadesh and Ayasta to get the Rings of Ambar.

Tack says the Academy of Magic, Politics and Power received news from the Nine Realms, and the Báech Kingdom's surrounded by an army that don't let anyone enter that territory, but it probably is happening because of the death of the Obsidian Dragon, there.

Torian disagree.

He think the Rings are at places oposite to their Power, and the only way to confirm is trying to teleport Baech Islands.

Explaining, Torian says the area is "dead", so the Ring of Death must be there.

They chose Torian and Hadesh to go.

Hadesh is immortal, being a draconic licanthrope, and Torian will survive anything for he has the Ring of Life.

They tried, and almost died, when the teleport was "killed".

The Ring of Death is at Báech Islands.

(End of Session)

Some considerations necessary

May the power of the Five Rings of Ambar be strong enough to confront the Ring of Darkness? How will they get the Ring of Death? How will they get advantage from the items they got from their mission on the Ancient Temple of the Wastes, the Orb of the Beginning (while Rude has the Orb of the End)?

The Desert Temple

Helo, everyone.

This time the adventure runned on Feb 09, 2010. I haven't keep track of the exact time. We play at a Player's house, but it's calm during the night, and full of people during the day. So, it's better if we play at night. We have already played in advance to the Second chapter, now, then I'll have a few posts with the conclusion soon. Hope you're enjoying the reading, and all Players are happy with this different show of a gameplay. We're going to the last First Chapter's moves, so hold your breath.

The Desert Temple

Torian's Castle is big, but not enormous. It has five butlers, a guard of 15 soldiers, and 12 servants. It's located at the center of the territory, and the main veranda fronts to the lake where lives the Water elemental, and Torian met Dudin and Tayala for the first time. He misses them. North of there, there's the icy mountains where the aggressive Ice elemental lives, and also a valley with giant mushrooms. It's located at east on Tachiza Empire, and 200 kilomeasures from the Sea of Nine Realms.

It's the ending of the nineth month, and soon cold will come to this home land. Now, Torian's thinking about his old friends, the dwarf Dudin and the sidha Tayala, on his veranda.

The butler came to say Hadesh and Adria are back. "Where did they went to?", he thought, and said to the butler to let them in.

Hadesh is different.

This was the first thing Torian noticed. His face's more defined and calls more attention.

So, Hadesh explains that a divine intervention happened. They went to the gardens, and the alchemist Daytel was impressed with Hadesh new supernatural form and transformation, irrecognizable.

He looks like a dragon now, but with the head of a basilisk and white dragon horns.

Everything around him becomes supernatural.

- You take care, now, because ice and lightning will probably affect you more, for you spit acid in this form. (said Torian).
- Thank you. (Hadesh said, in draconic). I only know how to speak draconic and snake, this way.

Torian went to get his Snake language Book, and came back.

Hadesh was reading without any help.

- Are you ready to read this book, Hadesh?
- I don't think so. - he answered, and gave back the book to Torian.

So, Torian listened to his cousin Rude's voice.

- Torian. We're ready to go. Let me know when your group's ready, 'cause we need two groups to go there.

Adria and Hadesh agreed to go.

- Rude. I'm going with Adria and Hadesh. I need some time to rest, to confront an elemental.

Torian went to rest, and Hadesh went with Adria to buy tobacco at the vilage.

(Dreaming)

Torian's seeing the dream in an orb, from up. He sees a teleport circle, and a person dressed in black appears, so slowly looks up and take two daggers.

The man advance, and sees a soldier, sleepy, sitting with the hands in the sword. So, this man in black teleports to back of the soldier, and kills him. He clean the dagger at the soldier's clothes. He takes an electric compass from his pocket, and it points the direction.
Two corridors later, he silently kills another soldier. And, so, Torian understand that it's a luxury prison, with the bars made of Vala, the silver from the Planes.

The man in black takes a light small ball off the solder's mouth, and gives it to the skeleton inside the prison. The skeleton started to regenerate.

So, the man in black hands off a noble message to the man, while opens the prison.

He reads the message.

They look each other, and the man dressed in black conjure a circle of teleport.

(End of Dreaming)

The noble Torian goes to eat something, and notice there are missing things at the table, so he looks to the servants and sees they fear Hadesh.

He remembers the hand that was looking through the orb, and it was made of Vala.

(The Desert Temple)

So, Hadesh, Adria and Torian, together with Rude (Rudyn Draci), Spike, the warknight, Bake, the bakemono hunter, and Latva, a woman no one know which is her class, but she makes nature invocations, prepare to go to goblins territory, where an ancient Temple is located.

First, they'll see Torian confronting the ancient Sand elemental, rest, and after that enter the Temple to confront the mission, and Rude speaks what he's looking for.

Two Orbs.

When they come back to give the orbs back, they'll be able to chose an item from the Treasure.

- Don't forget, - said Rude - that we need to investigate the other group, the group of the psionic that invaded my mind. They probably have been there on the last two days. We know that there's a thuleskling noglet, an abyssal, on the first hole, but we don't know what's on the other hole. When we get the two Orbs, and we give it back, we'll be able to get an item from the Treasure, but I don't know what we'll need to do to have this right.

They teleported.

Teleport is starting to cash out them, because it wastes 2k golden pieces each time they use this magical way of travel, and it's something they'll need to start thinking about it soon.

The area where they come to is a huge valley, in a desert. Rocks and greyish brown mountains surrounds the area. The wastes cover all this region, the barbarian's and goblin's territory.
Soon, they assume a position for Torian to challenge the Ancient elemental of Sand.

It took a time until the elemental come. Torian explained that the group were to be his witnesses, and started the challenge.

- Nothing personal, ancient elemental, but I need to challenge you to gain advantages agains Basilisks and then be able to protect my group (said Torian).

This elemental is much more of a warrior than the Sound elemental he confronted before.

The group sees the devastation in sandstorms, electricity, water and sand getting together to create even bigger storms, and Torian's getting tired.

Counting on that, the elemental makes Torian get even more stressed.

As a result, on the contrary, Torian get a bit more disposed to win, for some supernatural will guides him, and he locked the Sand elemental into a gigantic ball of Rocks.

The elemental would need weeks to get out.

It ended.

Torian soon noted his senses are being modified, by the mastery, and he can move in sand and sense motion at sand terrains, now.

He thanks the elemental for the contest, and gather with his group.

- You are stronger than usual elementalists, so take care with your magic when confronting the beast you mentioned. - said the ancient elemental.

After Torian get an extended rest, they prepared to go and start the mission.

Adria got the trace of a psionic who used powers there, probably on the day before, when they started to investigate the area of ruins near the Temple. She was able to get a signature, even the effect being so old now, for signatures stand only two hours, usually.

They divided, to make the mission on the Temple.

Rude, the Void master elementalist, together with the eastern specialist in monster huntery, the woman who invokes nature, and so the warknight wizard Spike went to the first hole to probably confront the abyssal the legend says.

Torian, also known as Daytel, together with Adria the icchi, and Hadesh the draconic lycan went to the second hole to confront the unknown.

Adria heads the group.

After going down an imense stair down there, they come to an imense squared room with four doors. They entered the eastern door. Soon, the door closes behind them, and Torian sensed danger. A mass of abyssals is coming to fight them.

The sides of this somewhat a stair are full of lava, and they started to push the abyssals to the lava while hiting others.

Adria's bow was effective.

Hadesh uses his acid breath to attack the abyssals.

Together with Hadesh was Bog, that got the old spear Hadesh always used to hit the abyssals, too, while mounting Hadesh as mounting a dragon.

Torian attacks with spiral shurikens.

The combat happened during a long time, until no abyssal more come. Soon, they were advancing. It looks like one imense temple. They also see writings on the walls, but none of them could read. It was like a very fluid writing, as it was moving without any movement.

Now, they entered a room with tubes where an indigo subtance goes inside of it. Nothing to do at this room. A wall where a golden liquid moves inside tubes. The floor was covered with geometric symbols, and a black door on the end was a clear way out.

- We're here because of the Challenge. - afirmed Hadesh in a loud voice.

The black door on the end then opens.

Going to the next room, they enter an Arena. On the other side, from a hole on the ground appears an androginous man, with thin black veins on his face.
Torian recognize maybe an angel, but he had no wings.

"A fallen angel?", he thinks.

The challenge starts, and the man conjures a huge abyssal to attack them.

After the first attacks, the group note that it becomes imune to their attacks after they attack the first time. No one said they could not use the Temple to attack the creature, so they organize this attack.

The creature takes damage.

It attacks with tentacles, and it tries to swallow Hadesh.

It fails.

Basically, they destroied everything in this combat, but the holes where creatures with many eyes watch the challenge, as judges.

- Only a combined attack will destroy it - cries Hadesh to Torian.

They speak during combat, and the group attacks at the same time to create a more effective damage. As it was absorving their attacks and becoming imune to a second one, the only chance was doing a massive attack that could give no time to it's regeneration.

So, they used the room as a weapon, Hadesh took the abyssal's attention while Torian created spikes from the stone roof and finally drilled the creature.

It worked, and the creature's dead.

The man from an unknown race reconstruct the Arena with a move of his hands, and look to the "judges", that all looks like abyssals, too.

- You've being judged, - said the man - and you passed the test.

He made a pause.

- Now, - he resumed - that you proved you need the items, you can enter the Temple.

Then, the man reentered the hole, and a door appears behind the place he was all the time during the challenge.

They go.

Entering the Temple, they see an imense Treasure. The walls are made of Telluron. They wait for half an hour, and Rude enters the Temple with his group.

Torian creates water to clean them.

- We were all swallowed by the many abyssals, there. - resume Rude to his cousin Torian.

Now, they start to see the Treasure, and soon Rude find the Two Orbs.

Torian sees a Staff of Power, ready to serve him, and Hadesh sees a special Mount Armour that's his size. They analyze the powers of the group that was there before.

A spirit head appears over the treasure.

He looks like a takkar, but the eyes are different. He stares them. They ended investigating the treasure, and secretly the powers of the recent visitors.

- You have chosen the items you need. It will be measured how well you used the items, when you come back here to get an item for each one of you. When it happens, each can chose only one item. Use the two Orbs well and you'll have a treasure.

Torian gets the black Orb of the Beginning, and Grey gets the white Orbe of the End.

They got to the way out door, and got outside the Temple.

Torian detected observation of them getting out of the Temple, and show his finger before negating the Observe magic.

They did it.

So, the groups negates all their magic and powers used on the area, and teleported to Rudyn's Mansion at Priatel territory, safely. The information they got is imensely important. The other group has the exact formation of their groups.

It's a group whose members are 2 mages, 1 psionic, 1 licanthrope, 1 changeling, and 2 monks.

(End of Mission)

Some considerations necessary

Why the other group's formation is exactly the same as their's? Will they be able to use that two Orbs to confront the enemy group? What does "use well" the Orbs mean, that the Spirit said to them? Now, it looks like they're much more experienced, as group.

But still, they know they're fighting an enemy unknown. A chimera, maybe. Time is the only way to prove Rude's right, or wrong, and the Orbs will do. How to operate the Orbs? Would them show the enemy, finally, or make a different end, unpredictable solution-to-be?

Time will tell.

Diary of a Character

The First Chapter is almost at the End.

Hold your breath.

I want to thank my friend Nahas, who plays Daytel|Torian, for his Diary notes, from which I review continuity, as I can't take notes of everything during Narrative.

Soon, the next chapter will show you that the Universe is made from everyone's choices.

Who's doing all this at the Triplet Worlds?

Hadesh (Solo 1)

Helo.

This is a Hadesh solo Session.

The takkar supernatural thought it was time to start to investigate things by himself. Torian's family territory is made of eight fiefs, being his and Rudyn's the top northeast. They're also the limit from Royal Tachiza with the barbarian lands. There is another ruledom to east, which also make frontier with Nine Realms, and there a stronghold was built two centuries ago, by the Duke Katha, human chosen grandson of Ayanima, who ruled the northeast for 78 years, and now he's a Spirit of the Ancients who serves the interests of the Empire.

After the icy mountain, there's a region of giant mushrooms which are really aggressive, but no other place could be so particular.

Hadesh starred the Witch of the Planes.

- So, what you want? (she asks).
- Understand, that I don't know what I need, - answered him.
- I see your wish.

Hadesh started to think. He doesn't know what to do, but this oriental woman was powerful, he really senses her power.

- I want to balance my abilities.
- I can't give you something you will already have.
- So,...
- Sookei, I have a presentation to the Emperor, in a few moments, so we talk later, - said the witch.

She starred at him.

- What's your name?
- Tass, - lied Hadesh, and hoping it works.
- Wise of you. Names are a very difficult issue, don't you think?

Hadesh was tense.

- Sookei, I'm usually called Haratchi Koyuu, but you will call me Midoroshi, and all you need is to say this name, and I'll know you need me. The presentation will start, so I'll have to go. Bye.

It made some sense, as the Witch were using a strange kind of make up. Instants were passing, and the takkar sensed she using special abilities. He could not say what they were. It was a power he, as a draconic beast, could only imagine.

She vanished.

So, suddenly, there were a large Bang! Hadesh assumed combat instance, immediately.

There was a feather at the chair.

He saw the lightning teleport coming, and Torian appeared.

- What happened?
- I don't know. This think appeared here. It looks like a feather, or something.

Torian looked at the feather.

- It's an angel feather. I don't want to know. It's between you and the Witch of the Planes.

Saying this, Torian went away the same way he came.

Hadesh moved and was ready to take the Angel Feather, when Adria entered the Laboratory.

He touched the Feather.

It all happened in a time outside time.

Everything Hadesh felt was pain. His bones were being modified. His body, too. His mind, too. He transformed into Monster form. He started to shout, as high as he could, because all he was saying was Snake Language.

Sometimes, he felt, it sounds like a Dragon crying. He feels pain, in every parts of him.

Time doesn't make sense.

There's only pain, and pain is changing him, it many ways.

So, it's duration is not known, but at sometime, it all came back, and he looked to Adria. She was shocked, shrunken at a corner. Armed with her bow, but she doesn't attacks Hadesh.

Everything around took a supernatural appearance, aura and energy.

- Look... look at yourself. (said Adria).

He understood.

Looking to himself, he saw that now he has four paws (patas), a long tail and neck. And horns, long horns. He's different.

He wished to see his Godess.

So, he vanished.

(The Girl, and The Blind)

Bog was mounting Hadesh, when Hadesh noted they're somewhere else. It's a large hangar. People are fleeing from Hadesh, to the corners.

There's a blind woman with hands up, and a little girl holding her arms in fear.

The blind woman stops, and says:

- I'm busy, now. Can you resolve this for me, please.

Hadesh noted she said this to the little girl, and he also sensed everyone's fear. Everyone's heart beating. The little girl came to Hadesh, slowly. She stoped in front of him.

- So, what you want? - she asked to Bogbog.
- Talk to him - said Bogbog, and the little girl understood, impressed.

Hadesh handed the Angel Feather to the girl, but he did it totally by instinct, as all he could see was instinctive at this moment, in this new form.

- I see. Come here.

Hadesh lowed his head, and the little girl came. She touched his head, and he sensed his brain changing, and all his movements and move senses becoming better.

- Thank you - said him in draka.

So, the little girl moved away quickly. He was drooling, and the substance was melting the ground. It's acid. This acid made the little girl move back, but Hadesh sensed he was in front of a very powerful being, in the form of a younger. She looked to him, fearless.

The yong girl calmly said:

- I'll see you soon, as soon as I can. I promisse.

So, Hadesh was teleported back.

(Hadesh and Adria)

He was back to Torian's apothekary, and Adria was there, waiting for him.

She looked, amazed.

- Can you go back to your takkar form? It's extremely unconfortable to look at you in this form. He started to assume takkar form, but it hurted. A lot. Adria listened to his bones breaking when coming back to takkar form, a sound that only could come from a monster.

- Aghh.... it hurted. (said Hadesh).
- You're older now. (said Adria, looking at his face).
- Bog.
- Where went you to?
- I don't know. There was a girl, there. Just like the other little girls, like Chaos and Order. And a blind woman, curing people.
- Bog.
- What, Bog? (asked Hadesh) You want to say something?
- You are an incredible beast, now. Bog.
- Thank you.
- Hadesh, I think you need to know. (she paused). You're different, now. Everything around you is supernatural, and...
- And?
- You need to see for yourself.

Then, they decided to go outside the Castle, to some place where Hadesh could analyse himself.

Twenty minutes later, they found a small fountain.

Adria steped back, and Hadesh assumed monster licanthrope form again. It hurted. A lot. He assumed a four-leg draconic beastform, and looked into the water mirror. He has a head of a Basilisk, and horns of a White Dragon. He's white, now.

So, he tried to fly, and saw that in this form he's much more able on physical traits than before, but he landed.

They listened to voices on the road. Wanderers. Pilgrims. Hadesh came back to his takkar form, and they decided to go back. Then, Hadesh looked to the ground.

It was partially melted.

- Acid (said him). What if I can breath acid now?
- Hadesh...
- Come on. I need to know.
- Right of yours.

He assumed beast form again, and once concentrated, spits a large amount of acid in the rocks. They melted.

He came back to takkar form.

- Look.

So, Hadesh saw that the natural fountain was imersed into a supernatural aura. The fungiform life was dead, basically. He quickly took all the dead fungus, and with care put into the bag.

They went back to Torian's Castle.

(At Torian's Castle)

They came and Torian wasn't there. Flausin, Lena and Báech were out to see the area where the Tavern were to be constructed. Tack was back home.

Hadesh was tired, and said to Adria that he wanted to sleep.

Adria said she would be on guard.

So, Hadesh went to sleep, and had a strange dream. Somewhat Prophetic.

When he woke up, he didn't remembered what he dreamed of, so he ignored this and continued normal life. As normal as a beast life can be. He wanted to open his book; that book. And said that to Adria.

She agreed.

So, they went on a trip to beyond the mountains. The trip was two days long, and they get to the valley beyond the iced mountains. Adria manned camping.

Hadesh opened the Dark Grimoire.

- Open.

It opened, and said nothing.

- What's your goal?
- I exist to serve my Arcanist.
- Who's your Arcanist?
- Since you killed the last one, now you are my Arcanist.
- You can do Magic?
- You know. I can perform Magic under some special conditions.
- What conditions?
- You wouldn't understand, right now. You'll have to learn much more to understand.
- And you're here to teach me?
- Yes.
- Show me some Magic.

The Dark Grimoire opened at some page, and Hadesh didn't understood any of what were written there.

- Why I can't read?
- Because you're a Wizard, not a Mage.
- Can you make me understand?
- Yes.

Suddenly, all the page changed, and Hadesh casted automatically a death spell, Dying Frost.

He tried to diminish the effects, because of Adria.

- right.

He was worried now.

- Right. (he said again). Why it happened?
- Probably because you are a lycan, too, of a type I didn't yet understood.
- Can you teach me Magic?
- I'll have to recalculate all to show you the right Spells?
- Right, oah, do it. I'll close you now, and talk to you later.
- I'll be here, waiting.
- Close.

The Dark Grimoire closed, locked, and was back to the form of a normal book about public politics. He rested, for some time. Soon, other questions arised, and he opened the Book again. More answers came of the cursed Grimoire.

He did it again, and soon he was understanding the basics about Magic in the form of this Black Magic Grimoire.

The book explained that it was made of Basilisk skin, blood and flesh. And much more.

Adria got off her trance, and starred Hadesh.

Hadesh starred Adria.

- We should go back, now, can we? (said Adria).
- Right. Let's go back.

(End of Session)

Some considerations necessary

What happened to Hadesh? Was it something the Witch of the Planes did? Or wasn't it? How happens he's ten years older now, in appearance? The Dark Grimoire renders servitude to Hadesh now, or is it bluffing? Will him find a way to use a black magic Grimoire to do good?

The East Labirynth (2) and After

Helo.

Welcome back to my Adventure Blog. This Session runned on Feb 01, but i can't remember the exact time. As I said, there are some Sessions I'll have to write that I hadn't yet, but don't be afraid. I have still it all in my mind, and one Player is help on taking notes too. During the Sessions, I take care to note everything important, but still there are moments in which I can't take notes (while mastering some scene, and roleplay). The Story's going to show some secrets, although they'd better be hidden in the lines.

Hope you like.

I've chosen the rule for who doesn't play anymore. They'll have their Story a conclusion, what will make free other characters to take the main position. That happens when planning a long campaign. Not all players can dedicate their life.

(The East Labirynth (2) and After)

They slept in some kind of trance, because the Dream doesn't exists there.

Waking up, the group investigate the room. It's a round room, with a christal ball in the middle. Six corridors, and six doors. Torian remember that the spirit moved back from the way out off this room, and took the second corridor.
Torian goes to see the corridor, and there's something in the middle, that looks like trash or something like that.

Everyone watching, Torian go to the safe place, two thirds.

There's a story on the wall.

Torian repeats to everyone what the story says, and everyone enter the room, for eveyone to go the same way and no one get lost again.
The story shows an entire heritage, in hunger.

When one of this people is sleeping, he dreams with the mountains (the same mountains the group is in). Inside the mountain, he sees a Black Ball and talk to it. So, they made a tunnel, and found the Black Ball. From the Black Ball they took a black drop, and went outside to put it on the ground.

So, vegetation has grown everywhere.

The Story ends with these heritage people putting their hands down the trees and the fruits falling to their hands.

Torian remembere the word in the ancient language, "Open", and said it.

The drawing became black, and Torian's ring said something was going to come from there. Yes, a Drop of some Black substance. Torian gave the Black Drop to the sand on the floor, which assumed a form of a hand to collect the Drop.
Then, from the wall came a Seed, and Torian took it.

One of the statues moved.

Soon, the sand became a series of spirits, and they said a thankful sentence softly.

- Thanks for freeing our people from hunger.

Suddenly, the two doors opened, and the statue pointed the way out.

- Now, go. (said the spirit).

The next room of this Labyrinth looks like a glass sphere, also with three corridors and three doors. So, Tack goes to the first corridor. Everyone goes, and there's a dead body with an Urn, a statue. Torian used rock language to speak to the statue, and it looked them and uttered an order.

- Take the rubbish with you, and goes back.

Tack and Torian sensed danger, coming from the next room.

- You may help if you want, but this is a problem to the statues of vigilance. (said the statue).

Báech was able to collect the dead man's spirit. Lena took the body. Flausin took the Urn. They went back to the room they just got off.
They followed a new pattern, 3112, to get Out of the Labyrinth, and came to a squared room with two doors and an interspace with pillars.

- Nine pillars... (said Torian).
- It's that door. (said Hadesh, firmly).

Minutes later, Tack and Torian agreed with Hadesh, and they went for the left door. The room was an entire opened space, with three stairs down.
Torian said the way was the first stair, and so they got to the Labyrinth first corridor, the same they got inside.

Asking for some help from his Ring, it said the Labyrinth is based in oposition.

Remembering the ancient language word for "Open", Torian turned to the back wall in the oposite direction from the way out, and said it.

- "Open".

The spirit who operates the maps appears, and make a reverence with his hand in the chest.

-Yes! (cried Torian).

So, Hadesh and his new friend Bogbog entered the Magic Bag, because they were said nothing divine could come out of the Laryrinth, and it was planned since the beginning.

They got out of the Labyrinth.

(The Way Back)

The group listen to drums when they get outside, and with magic language activated, Torian translate that the drums are saying the Mountain is active.
Torian's Ring says they need to take a look at the Tower, up the mountains.

The group discussed what to do, and then Torian planted the Seed on the dead Mountain, creating water to make it grow.

Going back to the Teleport place, they see an army coming. Fire is seen at the Temples, there where the monkeys live, and it was clear that a combat were to come.

At the last moment, they could make the Teleport in time.

(At the Temple of Ivory)

The Sacerdot of Dream receptioned the group, and took them to the Lake, inside the Temple. They opened the Bag, and Hadesh went out with Bogbog on his back.

Soon, the Dreammaker came out of the Lake.

- Greetings, Bog. How long. So, you were at that Labyrinth, then? (said the Dreammaker).
- Bog. (said him).
- I'll open the Urn now. (said Senhor dos Sonhos).

Everyone assumed combat positions.

And, it was the right Urn, explained the Dreammaker.

The Raja's heir is safe.

Lena, Flausin and Hadesh then were studying the dead body, and looting it. Flausin and Lena took the stange map, and the dagger.

- Let's eat, - said the Dreammaker - Now, you'll have one more night of dreams at my Temple, and your family's invited again, Professor.

(End of Mission)

They had dreams with the Labyrinth, and someone who was laughing at them.

Waking up, Tack and his family saw Flausin, Báech and Lena considering to build a Tavern, out of the Map. They discovered this is a Map to the taverns the Guild of Thieves uses as their bases, to get information in roads used by pilgrims.

Torian came.

He discussed that the missions are too expensive, 2.000 gold for each teleport is too much.

- I'm not used to your missions, (said Adria), and specially to confront Basilisks and beasts. Before we can continue, I wished to say something to you. I'm from other plane, and my race, the Ichi, live at the Astral planes. There, my Clan disagreed with the others. So, we went to live at the White, the Source plane, and that's the reason our skin is like this. White. We are at war against the other members of our race, who are in fact world invaders, who could prossibly invade the Trigemei Worlds. We know the plane will suffer changes, that will probably make our life there impossible. I'm on the world to save my race. To find a new place to our people to live. If you can help me with this, I will help you in every mission you have.

Everyone agreed.

Torian decides to go back to the Troll Philosopher to investigate the attack of the Basilisk, and the Dreammaker agrees that Priatel ruledom needs help, so he will speak to everyone who may be able to help to mantain contact, with him and the mage.

They resumed things, talking.

It was clear that the Nine Realms use a strange Magic, that includes hipnosis. The last Mummi King was defeated using strange Magic. Probably the same kind used in Nine Realms. A Magic that mix Darkness and Order.

The Monotheists will be the weaker part of this War. They'll possibly try to get stronger, as soon as possible.

They probably didn't stole the Dreams.

Trisebus, that appeared on that Swamp, is not the one, too.

Chaos was interested in the group, so she's probably not the right one, too. And the Order is more interested,

possibly, in the Nine Realms, because they follow her rules. So, the fake Silver Dragon's not the one, neither. The Realms of Ayaname, since Ayasta-Rei's helping the group, is not the one who stole the Dreams, also, but they can't give the word for everyone.

That dead race who created the Labyrinth is still influencing the World, but they were locked at that same Labyrinth, and Bog said they'll possibly get out, but they were not the one who's stealing Dreams.

That Temples, besides the mountains, shows in it's position an astronomic event that will happen in two years.

The event in the Raja's heir life will happen before these two years, or the Urn were not to be hidden in the Labyrinth.

So, the Mummi King and the dark elves are the essencial suspects, here. They discuss this all with the Dreammaker, and he admire their efforts in help with the solution.

Torian asks to his Ring what he can do, and it explains he's the Ring of Life, and also that not even he in itself can predict what can happen with Torian having planted that Seed on the Mountains. It prolongs the life of it's user, and can make the user live indefinitely.

Everyone discuss it, and now the priority is finding the Ambar Rings of Power, while they can't do anything more about the Stole Dreams.

Ayasta's Ring explains.

There are five Rings of Ambar. First and Second, Major Rings, the Rings of Time and Magic. The others, Minor Rings, of Life, Intelligence and Death.

Tack questions if they were used sometime together. Yes, at the Great War, by the Saint Group, that were Balder's group.

The Dreammaker calls the Sacerdot, and explains they will receive a gift from him. A gift that took six months to make. A pendant made of Vala, the planar silver, which will keep them in contact with him from now on. Well, but Torian's family protections will take sometime to create, and they'll be created as soon as possible.

The talk ends, and Tack's family goes back home, while everyone else goes to Torian's Castle.

(At Priatelka Ruledom)

Torian gives 500 gold to Lena, Flausin and Becci to start the construction of the Tavern, at this point to chose the place where it will be.

Now, Torian and Tack decided to go to the Troll Philosopher.

Torian used Lighning ward on Tack, and teleported lightning to the entrance of the Troll Valley.

Soon, the fire started, and they get there.

- Helo. (said the Troll).
- Helo, Troll. We need to investigate the Basilisk attack, here. (said Torian).
- Be welcome.

So, Tack went to the place it was possibly invoked.

Asking about the Basilisk, the Troll explains that the Guardian Soul spell would provide a first impact attack, because it would create an artificial soul that would take the first spell a Basilisk casts, the spell called "Die" in snake language.
The Basilisk brain is the most hard part of the body, more than his head, explains his Ring.

Every Basilisk, explain the Troll, has something of value he protects, and it can be anything, a territory, darkness, someone, a book, an item, and if you deatroy this thing the Basilisk may lose much of it's magic, maybe 50%.

So, Torian goes to the cavern where the elemental Fire lives, together with salamanders, on the other side of the valley, to ask if the elemental saw anything. He says he listened to three words, that sounded like the magic spells of Dispel, Teleport and Compel.
Torian was invited to see the Salamanders, and after that he went to see Tack.

He asks to his Ring if there's some medicinal use for something the Salamanders have, and the Ring explains that when someone becomes too old, it happens sometimes that this person starts to forget things, and the presence of a Salamander at the fire would cure that.

- So, you're interested in medicine? (asked the Ring).
- Not exactly, because it was Hadesh's interest in the Slamanders which made me ask. Thank you. (Torian answered).
- You're an excelent alchemist, and my knowledge in medicine may help you.
- Not necessary, thank you - said Torian.

Investigating, Tack discovered that the area were not being affected by the magical thin Rain that protects the Priatel ruledom, because the area is magical.

There are old symbols on the rocks, and it's probably a Prison.

Actually, it's more like a Tomb. There is the same symbol they saw at the East Labyrinth, when they took the wrong way and had to go back, there where they saw the opened Egg, so Torian look at the sinister Tomb said the word "Open".

Suddenly, the Essence of Death appeared. She negates the effect, and explain that they can't speak that language, because it's forbidden.
That area is forbidden, also, she explains.

Who invoked the Basilisk here used the area energy. There's a divine magic in this place, for it not to be discovered. The symbols were used a long time ago, by a group of Gods, who used the symbols to mark places that were important to these Gods. This group of Gods are not active, anymore, after the death of Pan. Only that Gods know what these symbols were used to, and what's inside the Tomb.

So, they went back to Torian's Castle.

The butler appears and say someone is on the front Entrance, waiting for him. It's a Djine, dressed with djine clothes and a turban.

- I came in the name of the Raja, to give a small greeting from the Family. The Raja is happy, because you did what no djine could. You could locate the Heir's Will, so here is a small endearment from the Raja.

He took 9 big bags out of nothing, and continued.

- It's 100 thausand gold pieces, in different types of coins. Please, accept this as the Raja's thank you.
- We have a friend who's a djine, and he said to us the djines can't do many things, because they're taboos.
- Ah. That's wonderful, - said the djine - At least, one djine is respecting the taboos. I'll say that to the Raja, and he'll be much happy. Now, I have to go. Thank you, again.

He went to the entrance door, and soon vanished.

Torian sent a message to the goblin, to say they have the money to the Tavern. So, Torian went to his cousin Rudyn's Mansion. There he asked how he could confront the Basilisk attacks, and Rude said the barrier was made with Sand and Sound elements, and Secret essence energy.

Torian came home with lightning teleport, because he sensed his books being copied.

It was Hadesh. Torian censured him, and explained he can't copy. They start to talk about the items, the items the butler artificer's studying, and they're enough to arm the group, as soon as they'd be catalogued. Bogbog explains Torian's family's language is descendent of his people's language, from five thousand years ago, so he is somewhat feeling home.

(The Master Elementalist)

Torian goes with Hadesh to where there's an Ancient Elemental of Sound. Hadesh will be the Witness. Being there, he challenge the elemental. The elemental is enourmous, and starts the ritualistic combat with Torian, who wants to become a Master Elementalist.

It's an intense, but short fight.

Soon, rocks were broken everywhere, and Torian was sensing sounds as he was never able to listen.

The elemental conjured the image of a Basilisk, and the first magic, Torian knew, would be the Die spell, because the elemental Sound possibly know this spell.

Torian invented a Sound spell, to confront the snake language spell.

It worked.

Then, he understant the elemental is using his own mind against himself, and change the tatics. He locked the elemental at a trap.

It worked.

Then, the elemental surrended, and Torian became Sound Master Elementalist.

He fainted.

Hadesh said thanks to the elemental, and took Torian with him, carrying him back through Priatel's roads. Soon, a few wanderers were following Hadesh.

- Who's him?
- It's a Priatel, isn't it?
- We'll walk with you, to grant you safeguard to his Castle.

So, Hadesh walked.

Hour later, he stoped at Torian's guard, and the guards took Torian Priatel to his Castle. Hadesh decided to meditate. Every wanderer imitated him, for some hours. He was happy. When Hadesh got out of his trance, they were gone.

When Torian opened his eyes, he was on his bed, and he got up calling a butler.

- Bring Hadesh to me.

Hadesh and Adria went together to talk with Torian.

- Thank you, Hadesh.
- I want to train you soldiers, - said Adria - If you accept, bring five soldiers with no powers to me, and they will be trained.
- Right. (answered Torian).

Then, Torian took Hadesh to the Vault.

There, he shows his best book, a Tome, to Hadesh. The book opens, and teach Hadesh a type of magical armour, in snake language. The book starts to smoke. That ended, Torian close the book, and put back in the Vault. Then, Torian explains to Hadesh that he's a Wizard, not a Mage, so he'll need a Witch to teach him.

Torian calls Haratchi Koyuu, the Witch of the Planes.

The legend says there's a Witch, from the old empire islands of Shizuka, which can give you anything you can think or imagine. There's a price for that, so. You'll never know what you have lost. The legend also says it is a thing as valuable as what you want.

She's an old friend of Torian, and the one who gave the Tome to him.

Torian went away, using lightning teleport, to go Rudyn's Mansion, to ask him how he could find an Ancient Elemental of Sands.

Rude answers that at the place he's next going there's probably one.

Hadesh starred the Witch of the Planes.

(End of Session).

Some considerations necessary.

Will Torian be able to Master these elements? If they're right, so the new Mummi King is stealing the Dreams. Is it right? What are his goals in doing this? What happens to Hadesh, now he's in front of an Old and powerful Witch, the Witch of the Planes?
